Overhaul services to extend machine life

Our overhaul service guarantees a complete renovation of the machines, increasing their efficiency and durability. The overhaul process includes: complete disassembly of the machine, thorough cleaning of all parts, replacement of mechanical components subject to wear (chains, bearings, linear guides, etc.), overhaul and replacement of the pneumatic part (hoses, cylinders, suction cups) on request, complete repainting (only for overhauls carried out in the workshop), reassembly, installation and testing at the customer's premises.

We carry out overhauls both at our workshop, with complete overhaul and repainting, and directly at the customer's premises, with effective optimisation of the machines on site.
